When we formed The Equity Company, we wanted to build the best property management company out there. We knew it would not be easy, but we also knew that the recipe for success was a simple one. A great property management team helps owners get the most out of their investments, period. This is a goal we could get behind, and one we knew we could achieve.
Owning a successful rental property requires keeping the property in good working order, attracting quality tenants, and keeping those tenants happy. But, while the formula is straightforward, actually accomplishing these things with consistency requires constant attention to detail. All the little things have to be done right, repeatedly.
We are good at what we do. We know that client satisfaction – both tenant and owner – is a necessity for the life of our business. We create quality working relationships by achieving the goals of our owners, and looking out for the needs of our renters.
